Dining facilities

Built in 2010, our Bennett Lodge dining hall will be where you eat all your camp meals. Served buffet or family-style, we offer healthy, nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer a juice, tea and coffee bar. Different meal plans are available depending on what you want to be included.

We also offer meal options for those with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians and those with allergies. Please let us know during registration if your family or group requires special meal considerations and we will be happy to accommodate!

Conference and Meeting Facilities

We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces that are very flexible and adaptable for your use. These spaces are great for large group meetings, small focus groups or just as a place to hang out and have a break!

Indoor Spaces

Bennett Lodge

  • Newly-built, ADA-accessible conference lodge
  • 60-inch flatscreen and mic/sound system
  • Indoor restrooms
  • Rustic stone fireplace
  • Seats up to 240 people with a variety of seating setups, such as theater style and bench seating

Dance Hall Meeting Space

  • Projector and screen
  • Sofas, tables and chairs available
  • Board games and pool table
  • Cozy fireplace
  • More intimate meeting space that can seat up to 100 people

Lions Lodge

  • Very flexible space with fireplace, tables and chairs
  • Access to arts and crafts supplies
  • Can seat up to 140 people

Outdoor Spaces

Covered Pavilion

  • Accessible to both the dance hall and Bennett lodge, our covered pavilion is a great place to host shaded activities outside or used as a breakout space
  • Seats 140 people

Campfire Pits

  • It wouldn’t be camping without nighttime campfire, s’mores and singing!
  • Three main campfire pits located close to cabins. Seat approximately 60 people
  • Large hillside campfire area with seating for 160 people and two fire pits

Nature Trails

Surrounded by 160 acres of wilderness, Camp Shady Brook has a variety of nature trails around camp that enter our canyon area in the Pike National Forest.
